Refund policy
Our 30-day promise
Use anything you bought for a full month. If it doesn't genuinely make your planning lighter, reply to your receipt email within 30 days and we'll refund you in full — no form to fill out, no "but did you really try it?" questions. You keep the files. Teaching is hard enough; buying from us shouldn't be.
How to get a refund
- Find the receipt email you received when you purchased (search your inbox for "The Prepared Teacher").
- Reply to it within 30 days of your purchase date and say you'd like a refund. One sentence is plenty — you don't owe us an explanation.
- We'll confirm by email and refund the full amount to your original payment method, usually within 2 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it on your statement.
Can't find your receipt? Email anthony@arawni.com with the name and email address you used at checkout and we'll sort it out.
The honest details
- The 30-day window starts on your purchase date, shown on your receipt.
- The promise covers everything in the store — individual products, the bundle, and launch-priced orders alike.
- Everything we sell is a digital download, so there's nothing to ship back and no return process. Refunds are always issued in full — no partial refunds, no store-credit substitutes.
- Files you've already downloaded are yours to keep, refund or not. We mean that.
